For us it’s all about freshness!

High quality beans, freshly roasted. Brian carefully selects the finest quality coffee beans from Africa, Latin America and Asia and hand-roasts them to maximum deliciousness at our roastery in the Laufental, just south of Basel. We think your coffee should always be: Freshly roasted. Freshly ground. Freshly brewed.

Freshness is very important to us, so we roast up to three times every week and dispatch the coffee to our customers, or our shop/ takeaway, as soon as possible after roasting.

We only roast speciality coffee, which means that the coffee meets defined high standards of quality and complexity of taste. Taste notes range from hazelnuts (Mogiana from Brazil) to dark chocolate and tropical fruit (Cauca from Colombia). Our single origin organic coffees (all Arabica beans) are roasted in the medium to dark range. Here we aim to achieve a smooth optimum balance between acidity and sweetness. We also brew each coffee using a range of methods so we can advise our customers on how to get the best result from matching the coffee with the way they brew at home.

We developed our range of high-quality organic teas in response to customer demand. The selection encompasses favourites such as Earl Grey, herbal and fruit teas, Japanese Green Tea and Matcha. Each is selected for its high quality and outstanding taste profile.
