This Arabica blend is decaffeinated using the Carbonic Natural™ process. This gentle extraction method removes only the caffeine, so as to retain the full taste potential of the green coffee without losing any precious components such as fat, protein, amino acids or sucrose. The resulting decaffeinated coffee has notes of molasses and dark chocolate.
